The aim of this course is:
To provide those of you with little or no experience of training with an introduction to the ‘what’ and ‘how’ of initial mentor training. It will give you the opportunity to experience a range of tried and tested activities and explore how you can adapt content and delivery to meet the needs of your own project.

This course will help you to:
